TheMonarchofMogoestofightthePurpleDragon,whichhasjusteatenallofthecaramelsintheland.TheDragonbitesoffhishead,andtheKingisforcedtogohomeheadless.TheKingtriestomakethebestofit,buttheQueencomplainsthatshecannotkisshimanymore,soheissuesanedictsayingthatwhoevercanmakehimanewheadwillgettomarryoneoftheprincesses.Aftertwofailures,adurableheadismadeoutofwoodbyawood-chopper.ThePurpleDragonfindsthewood-chopperandbiteshisheadoff,replacingitwiththeKing'shead.Whenthewood-chopperappearsincourt,heswitchesheadswiththeKing,sothattheKinghashisownheadagainandthewood-chopperhasawoodenheadhemade.TheKingthentriestofulfillhispromise,buttheprincessesrefusetomarryawooden-headedman.Thewood-chopperthenconfrontsthePurpleDragon,whotriesitshead-bitingtechniqueagain,onlytogetitsteethstuckinthewoodenhead,thuslettingthewood-choppergethisownheadbacksohecanmarryaprincess.
